Kami tidak menyimpan data yang Anda masukan hingga proses pengisian selesai dan data telah terkirim secara elektronik ke kami. Anda disarankan untuk mempersiapkan softcopy dokumen pendukung pendaftaran(dapat berupa scan atau foto) yang nanti akan diminta untuk diunggah. Dokumen pendukung pendaftaran yang akan diminta untuk diunggah adalah (1) KTP/SIM/Passpor/KITAS; (2) Foto Warna Terbaru; (3) Dokumen pendukung lainnya.

You are advised to prepare softcopies(in the form of scan or photo) of your registration supporting documents. You will be asked to upload supporting documents on Page 9 of this registration process. Required supporting documents are (1) KTP/SIM/Passport/KITAS; (2) Latest Color Photo; (3) Other supporting documents.

The usage of English on this registration form is strictly for reference only. In the event legal damages occured due to false intepretation resulting from the usage of English, the usage of Bahasa Indonesia will prevail on the court of law.
